Inflammation is your body’s way of creating a barrier between you and the injury! In other words, inflammation is your body’s way of healing injury. Unfortunately, most people view inflammation as an annoying and painful symptom that must be suppressed with drugs.

But Inflammation Is How Your Body Heals Itself!

The injury, however gradual it developed, is still an injury you must heal and repair, but this gradual injury is at a cellular level, where the injury started many years previous.

After decades of toxic accumulation, gradually injuries develop in your organs; for example if in your heart (HBP to heart disease), if in your kidneys (kidney stones to renal failure), if in your pancreas (i.e. diabetes), if in your muscles (i.e. ALS), if in your nerves (i.e. Neuropathy), if in your fat (i.e. cellulite to lipedema), if in your joints (i.e. arthritis) and if in your bones (i.e. osteoporosis). Gradual injury can start anywhere in your body, anywhere! Even inside your blood!

This happens to you, too, but over a longer period of time of course, because you at least have an immune system that slows this rotting, but just a bit. You must actively repair and heal your injury starting right now or the damage could be so great that it moves you to cut it out, which is often worse than having the original injury. In the case of lupus, fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome or regional pain syndrome for example, you couldn’t cut out the injury, even if you wanted to, because your pain is all over. 

Many people go through life without an appendix, without their gall bladder, without their kidney, without their thyroid, without their colon, even without their own heart, because no one ever told them they can actually heal and repair their internal injury, so all they can do is cut it out! Please don’t let that be you anymore, because you can be different and start healing and repairing your injury and therefore stop all your pain & inflammation, naturally. And you don’t have to stop taking any pain-pills while you are healing your injury, either, but hopefully you can wean yourself off all pills gradually, until you are 100% pill-free!
