You were told you must see your doctor when you’re sick, you must eat whole grains, drink milk and of course take your vitamins. But if this is true, why is over half the population suffering from chronic pain and chronic illness? If it’s true that results speak much louder than words, which it absolutely does, then clearly there are way too many health lies that the masses still believe and subsequently follow.

  1. Eating Fat Makes You Fat: Fat is necessary for storage of energy and of course for protecting your organs and muscles from injury, so avoiding fat is just like avoiding health. It is the unhealthy fat that is cooked, fried and refined that is dangerous for your heart, arteries and every other part of your body.
  2. You Need To Exercise More To Lose Weight: This is one of the biggest weight-loss lies, because it forces everyone who doesn’t know any better, to exercise hard, which can cause serious heart and kidney damage. Eating and drinking healthier than you are right now is the first step to losing unhealthy fat, not exercising harder. If you exercise harder before you eat and drink healthier for a while first, then you risk losing important muscle and burning healthy fat, which will then cause your skin to sag and of course increase your risk of rebound. You can tell someone lost weight unhealthfully by how saggy their skin looks, especially as you get older.
  3. Milk Does A Body Good: This slogan has been around for decades and even though milk you find at the store nowadays isn’t real milk anymore, this slogan is pushed more now than ever before! The truth is, pasteurized milk is dead! You cannot cook dairy and expect any real nutrition to be left. And you especially can’t cook already contaminated milk and expect there to be any health left. People who eat or drink dairy daily always suffer from the most respiratory problems, serious digestive problems, allergies and even tumors.
  4. Expecting Mothers Must Take Prenatal Vitamins: Have you seen the ingredients in any prenatal vitamin label? There isn’t any food, every ingredient was created in a GMO laboratory, just like drugs, and then there are several carcinogens listed as “other ingredients”. For any mother to ignore these ingredients is willfully risking her health and her baby’s life! Premature birth, low birth rate, malformed heart, lungs or kidneys are just some of the effects. Every Mother should avoid prenatal vitamins and instead start cleansing daily, only eating and drinking raw, 100% pesticide-free and 100% GMO-Free food at least for breakfast every day.
  5. You Must Eat Whole Grains: Grains today are one of the most toxic and contaminated foods grown by man. Even growing organic grains, there are small amounts of toxic pollution and cross contamination from nearby GMO farms. Grains absorb and store every toxic substance in the soil, water and the air. When you cook it to prolong the shelf-life, now you’re eating cooked, toxic contamination. Grains greatly contribute to mucus buildup and chronic inflammation. You should avoid all grains and instead discover raw, organic nuts, but don’t buy nut milk.

Yes, there are at least a few hundred more health lies millions here believe and follow every day, but there isn’t enough room here to type them all. Just know this.
